Our concierge service offers a single package based on a percentage (24% including tax) of the rental income generated by the property, ensuring our objectives are aligned with yours.

How are the prices for my property determined?

Our in-depth knowledge of the Toulon market and our 'smart pricing' tools enable us to guide you in setting your pricing strategy. However, we do not allow an algorithm to determine the price of your nightly rate.

Do you provide linens?

Our concierge service provides not only bed linen but also bath linen. We also handle the laundry service for these items. Daily consumables are also provided by our concierge service.

Who photographs my property?

Our partner photographer, a specialist in real estate photography, personally conducts the photoshoot of your property to ensure professional-quality results that highlight its best features for your guests.
